Commissioner to United Kingdom.

Served as District Governor District 330 in 1975/76.

Founding Chairman of THE YAYASAN KELAB-KELAB ROTARY.

All contributors of RM2500 are named after him as Jamil

Registered as a Company Limited by Guarantee.

Recognised as a Charitable Foundation and exempted from
tax.

Members are all Malaysian Past District Governors.

Members appoint a Board of Trustees (maximum 10 Trustees).

Incumbent District Governor of District 3300 and District 3310 are ex-officio.

Sub-committees consist of Past Rotary Club Presidents.
Objectives To fund charitable programs of Rotary at Club and National
levels, and include:

The relief of poverty, suffering and distress and to include the following:

The poor and needy, ill-health, misfortune, widows and orphans.

Welfare and rehabilitation in moral and social up-liftment
of the deprived.
*
Victim of natural and avoidable disasters.
*
Relief of human suffering and improvement of human living condition,
treatments, prevention and combating sickness and provision of medical surgical
and education facilities and services of all kinds.

The advancement and improvement of human living standards and social welfare.

the awarding/giving of scholarships/loans and grants
to the needy students at Malaysian Universities. Polytechnics and Colleges by
fostering, developing and improving education of all kinds
Funding & Income

Donation - Rotarians, Rotary Clubs, friends of Rotary and institutions.

Funds raised by The YAYASAN KELAB-KELAB ROTARY.

Per capita contributions by Rotary Clubs (District Disaster Relief Fund)

Excess of Income over Expenditure of Disaster 3300 Conference and Assemblies.

Interest from Fixed Deposits.

Contribution from District 3300.
Tax Exemption
Rotary
Clubs without club charity foundation can raise funds through THE YAYASAN
KELAB-KELAB ROTARY. Such donations are tax exempt. However, the Fund Raising
projects must be approved by the THE YAYASAN
KELAB-KELAB ROTARY Board.
THE
YAYASAN KELAB-KELAB ROTARY's only objective is
charity, the alleviation of human suffering in every form and the promotion and
encouragement of higher education within

vitality and effectiveness of THE YAYASAN KELAB-KELAB ROTARY depends on the
generosity of Rotarians, Rotary clubs and members of the public. With the low
interest rates currently prevailing, additional funding is essential for THE YAYASAN
KELAB-KELAB ROTARY to earn the much needed income to carry out its programs.
